Timelapse Up Indian Arm, Granite Falls & Night Images

Kayak to Granite Falls is a test clip of mounting a camera on the front of my kayak to compile a time lapse sequence of images. Due to the 'motion of the ocean', it is very difficult to align the frames to make the clip viewable. Using Virtual Dub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) and the Deshaker plugin (http://www.guthspot.se/video/deshaker.html) I was able to recover most of the footage using a lot of trial and error and following the instructions for Deshaker.
Travel was from Deep Cove in Vancouver, British Columbia to Granite Falls close to the end of Indian Arm. There is the kayak clip, Granite Falls time lapse, some night stills and a time lapse of leaving to go back home. Special thanks to Karen, Rob and Scott for a great time!

It will be getting busy now during the summer months, but early and late in the season during the week you can be the only one there camping still. That's the best!

Great video... how IS the camping up there? i hear it's great, but getting very busy. Kinda like Squamish River camping and some of the islands off Sechelt. anyways, canoe on!
