if you dont drop the tire on the deadlifts it will work out the legs better.

a junk yard. deadlifts are original i usually just flip them..

I just setup a tire for my own sledge workouts. I plan on doing Tabata intervals with them. Good training man.
On a second note, I just saw the deadlifts, slamming combo man.
