Visqueen 'Buried Alive' Live @ Farewell Show - Seattle, WA Nov 26th 2011

Visqueen is one of the greatest pop/rock bands to emerge from Seattle. Sadly, after a decade of amazing music and fun, they decided to go on an indefinite hiatus. This is a recording from their incredible farewell show on November 26th at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle, WA. I left the stage banter between songs because it shows just how personable, smart, and funny these tremendous people are. The set that night included nearly every song they released in their three album catalog and featured many special guests including Barb Hunter (Cello), Jon Rauhouse (Pedal Steel), Kim Warnick (original Visqueen Bass player/backing singer), and Barrett Jones (super producer and onetime bass player/backing singer).

Best break up song ever! Oh, the tears that I have shed for this song would fill the grandest of canyons, bring crops to the Sahara and bury Los Angeles in a Tsunami of sadness! Thumbs up if you no longer have a crush on Flotard because you have a crush on the bassist.
