This is the Bento that I packed for myself. They aren't as fancy as some peoples but I still dig it. {:o)

P.s. I didnt even know those drinks had all that in it (fiber calcium etc) until I made this video,lol. I just liked the way it tastes. Yay for Vlogs helping me pay attention to what I'm eating, lol

@EWilsonLife The stew? Oh goodness, that was soo long ago, I'm not sure. Looking at it, it looks like carrots, potatoes, onions, chili and tomato paste.
