I'm sure the guitar could deliver that pop-punk sound I'm looking for but I'm not entirely sure I like the maple finish all that much. Is there a finish where the maple is changed to white and the tan-yellow like color to black? It probably doesn't matter how to guitar looks, though as long as it can play but I was only wondering.

es 335* on thomann and on gibson home page it is ES 335...

@isebarn actually Delonge does use the epiphone version live sometimes ....

@isebarn It isn't a knock off. Epiphone is a sub brand of Gibson. So in easier terms, they use less expensive wood, not as great pick ups, etc. Tom has played both live before.
