  • You should have mentioned diagonals as well, that's a good thing to be aware of even when beginning to learn posting. When the horse's outside leg comes forward, you should be up, and when that leg is back, you should be down.

  • 2 point is foward, not up....

  • If any of you guys were having trouble like I was with diagonals, this is the tecnique you should use. Just look at the outside leg. If you are rising at your highest point when the horses' outside leg is forward, you are correct. See how the rider's knee kid of pops at 0:32?
