Not really House, I know, but I have heard it used effectively in House DJ sets, so Enjoy :)

Cool.. years ago I was doing some window tinted in a home in West Bloomfield Mi. I saw a picture of David and happen to recognize him and and the young miss of the house explained that David was her uncle. It was cool talking to her and giving props to her uncle. I remembering mentioning Techno Rebels (by Dan Sicko) to her at the time and pointed out the massive influence of Was (Not) Was.

As a 19 year old in 1981, I had MUTANT DISCO and thought that this was the most odd record I'd ever heard, starting off with track 1, side 1. Goodness knows how I got into the album in the first place... :-)

" Wheel me out" she sang, while dancing at her computer screen.

I loved this band in the early eighties. Multi-culti from Detroit, with the coolest singers, Sweet Pea Atkinson and Sir Harry Bowens. Live they were really something else in their heyday!

John Peel played hello operator and from then on I was hooked...
