Can someone help me? What he used at 4:16??

@8Cell4Cube Hey dude, you're right on all 2 cases! Because it's used to make paint take easier and because it look smooter! Good modding!

I am new to gundam figure modding, what is the purpose of shaving the plastic parts down? Does it make paint take easier? Or does it give the plastic a smoother appearance?

you may buy a hobby japan magazine in anime online shops. you could find many commercials in there. even if you could not buy in abroad, you might be able to know how sorts of airbrushes and compressores sold in japan. and you might be able to find import shop of the tools. in my site i have many gundam and tanks model photos.

btw, sorry if I'm using american dollar currency, I dont know the exchange rate of US$-JYen and lastly I'm not sure about this but I don't think they sell airbrushes with compressors. you can buy these at you local hard ware stores. hope this helps

well an airbrush with good quality would cost around $130 above and a small compressor roughly would cost around half of the price of the airbrush. not so sure about the paints though but try and go to your nearest hobby shops, I'm sure someone knows about it.
they should add subtitles on things like this..
