Yay Wes you took the camera! Great running footage, very motivating, you look very free and invigorated running :) Back in Oct I remember the Komen 5k was the same way, everyone was smashed together for the first mile (and that was just walking) I'm sure you can join other 5-10Ks - they seem to have them all the time!

In the upper 40's I am not a fast runner, but an hour is ridiculous.

How did you hold the camera while running? It seemed pretty steady given that you were running. What video cam do you use?

Well I picked out the best footage I had, some was really shaky. I was holding the camera out in front of me with one hand trying my best to keep it stable, the camera also has optical and digital stabilization. It is a Canon SD960is
