We all deserve the death penalty and we're actually given the death penalty the day we are born. Most of are lucky enough not to know the actual date of execution.

Why hadn't CPS taken her children. I think that the local CPS is partley to blame. There was obviously something very wrong with this mother. She was in the system for a reason and the reason was not for her son to die. She was mentally ill and needed help but no one was sharp enought to notice that and take her children.

These stories are important to follow, often times the main stream media avoids posting ones that need more exposure then they are allowing, if at all. We all need to keep a eye on crime so that we will be aware of what is going on around us - so we can be in a position to help make a difference to avoid it or help stop it.
Often times it will compel some people to write to their congressmen so that laws will be changed.
