  • @cocomaire right on...i agree 100%. just didn't check yer profile, so i made the mistaken assumption that you might be outside this country looking in ;)

i think we are upon the edge of an age where the focus will be less on albums and more on the live experience and shows. not to say that albums won't be there, but they will just be part of a bigger whole. so in a sense even though it's all being threatened and there is a struggle for control, i think it's a pretty cool time to be alive.

  • @luxvoyager1111 i'm american too, and an artist. i see the internet changing the music industry so much and so fast in a positive way. it's coming back to the amount of work artists put into gaining exposure instead of the amount of money they end up owing the label after they sold their souls. that's why i think it's so important to be aware of bills that try to limit the internet. not just for the sake of music, but for the connection with each other. the internet is waking people up.

  • @cocomaire well, as an american artist who embraces the internet as a way to give music to ppl (for free) i can say at least that there are communities of us here who are very awake from the long forgotten dream that wealth can set us free and are working towards something...bigger and better. like developing a deeper connection with one another which can benefit all. but yes, i agree with you about greed and the internet! i have found most of my fave artists of the past decade on the net :)

  • @luxvoyager1111 That's true, but in the U.S., people dream that wealth can free them from a life of working. In reality everything has a cost. So, while no one forces artists to change, they are encouraged in the name of the "american dream". Plus, it costs to gain exposure, and that evens out the seemingly outrageous pay off people think even moderately famous artists get. Greed ruins most things, but the internet gives leverage to ordinary people, which is why we get to listen to kimbra now!

  • I can see an awesome Art Deco animation to this song, shame my Flash skills aren't up to scratch, but if anyone has the skills, please make it!

  • @henhenpal free youtube to mp3 converter

  • And Switzerland (:

  • 1 dislike lol not bad

  • @jackuhreee God not just Europe and America... the whole wide world needs Kimbra to revitalize music.

  • Dear lord. This song makes me feel like I'm dying. But I can't stop listening to it.
