  • who cares, anybody want to get a mcdonalds?

  • you bet! ha (so I'll have more energy to do those high pulls, hang clean high pulls, hang pulls, or whatever they are ;))All I know is they feel good! (probably not so good on a full stomach of McDonald's though :D)

  • where did u get that power rack from?

  • Dynabody

  • Oh crap! Girl doing high pulls, and with good technique too! I've never seen even one girl doing something with a barbell, respect!

  • Thanks! The barbell is my favorite tool of training and the high pull, one of my favorite back assists. Well taken K!

  • I find it funny that I have not seen a single video on youtube with weight lifting that doesn't have comments that say "bad form" or "your form sucks, buddy."

Apparently there is nobody on earth that can perform the incredibly complex movement of picking up something and lifting it.

  • @Kruszakus

    100% agree.

    very nice video!

  • DEGENERATION X!!

  • Her boobs are a-shakin'!

  • DX theme was superb and now WWF is dead. Damn it!

  • The best part of the entire video is that you're lifting to the DX theme song. That's what I used to put on when I lifted in high school - DX theme song, "The Game" and "King of Kings" themes for Triple H that Motorhead did, Saliva's "Walk Alone" and "Ladies and Gentleman", and a ton of "Audioslave".

  • DX!

  • @HermanHermes Look up Kelly starret internal rotation

  • @sylontuk thank you man, good luck to you too

  • D-GENERATION X!!!!

  • @HermanHermes Someone has got an injury from not warming up properly is my guess bro, I have had a lot of grief from my right shoulder also and I think that is probably caused mine, I get slight pain when doing heavy benching or pull ups, its more of a niggling pain but used to be worse, I know how much bother your shoulders can cause to a bodybuilder/weigh trainer so hope it sorts itself out man..
