  • @BullToTheShit Theres pickup tines which pick the hay up and feed it to an auger, which pushes the hay into a chute where a plunger compacts it. 2-3 huge needles hold the bale back, then they pull twine around the bale and the knotters tie it. (I have no idea how a knotter works.)

  • I would like to see how the baler compresses the hay into that rectangular shape, then ties it up. But it looks like it can't be observed, because it's enclosed with sheet metal.
