I have a Jailbroken iPhone 3Gs with 3.0.1 Firmware & want to get the 3.1.2 Firmware without loseing my data. How can I do this. I tried your steps in one of your videos, but u mentioned that those steps were for 3.1 or 3.1.1. What can I Do?

there really is no way to do this without losing your data. So i think you should just stick with 3.0.1
