I have a Dan Wesson 8" barrel stainless steel with a scope on it. The weight of the stainless steel plus the 8" barrel and scope makes it recoil less but the ports would also dramatically reduce the recoil.

@Sherpaful then if you like shooting 44mag or want to you could always buy the taurus model 44ss6, which is the one this fella has in the video. It comes standard with a ported berral, which can make shooting a 44 like your were dreaming
