i don't see the point in this a baritone at my school can kinda do this and thinks its so cool but what the point honestly i dont even eat to play music that requires this even if i did see

That's impossible.... All circular breathing is:
Storing air in your cheeks then using pushing the air our of your cheecks and while you are doing this you breath in through your nose...
There is no magical one lung breathing...
