Aidens P.O.V.

*Aiden sits down at the table next to Carmen*

Aiden: Hey Carmen I heard that you were planning to go to the homecoming dance with Josh?

Carmen: You heard right. we are dating. We have been dating for like a week now.

Aiden:*thinks to himself man I wish I was dating her! She is the most interesting girl I have ever known* Oh okay thats good Im going with a few of my guy friends. So maybe I will see you there* puts on a fake smile so she wont know how he feels*

Carmen: That sounds good sure*she smiles politely*

As Aiden finishes his plate of spaghetti, he notices that Carmen is being very quiet. She is usually talkative and smiles a lot but she is doing neither. He starts to wonder if Carmen and Josh are having a fight. They seem to be having many fights off and on lately. He is also contemplating if he should ask her if josh and her are okay. He decides that asking her is okay because all he wants to know if she is okay. As Carmen is taking her plate to the kitchen he gets up and walks with her. He starts to ask her about her and Josh when suddenly Carmens phone rings. She tells Aiden that Josh is calling her and that they can talk later if he would like. She walks up the stairs and into her room.
