My dad calls Charter Communications because our cable in the living room quit working. After 30 minutes getting absolutely nowhere with the automated response, he gets pissed.
To clear things up for those who watch this: The bill had been paid, and it was only this TV/cable box that had the problem. It ended up being a faulty cable box and Charter fixed the problem.

  • "your digital cable services have been disconnected" usually means you didnt pay the damn bill.. oh and ftw, dont yell at the automated service, it dont understand dipshit

  • @heywhyareyousostupid Ironically enough, our cable bill HAD been paid. We resolved the situation after a field tech came to our house and decided the cable box we were provided was faulty. Oh, and if you're going to call someone "dipshit," you should learn proper grammar. "It dont" means nothing; "it don't" means "it do not." "It doesn't" is what I believe you meant to say.

    You must be a Charter worker since you're defending Charter in the comments of multiple "Charter Sucks" videos.

  • customers are fucking dumb. i want, i want, i want....but i sure the hell don't want to pay for it. okay sir, i'll fix your problem and i'll just add it to your bill. i don't work for free, if you want your problem fixed it will cost you. i cannot help that your are a fucking moron and tried to fix the problem yourself. please don't lie to me and tell me the last cable guy did this because you are a fucking liar and you will be charged for my services today. don't like it, then fuck off

  • I swear, this looks just like a mirror...of me having the same issues with Charter. From installation day (three days after it was scheduled) and for the last six months it is a daily contest of wills. Yesterday I demanded $45 from the 'technician' who came out, he wanted to know why, and I told him the support person on the phone said I would be charged that amount if it was not their wiring. Well, it was, so I figure if they would charge me, I can charge them. Makes sense...to me.

  • this company sucks dick and theyre the biggest liars just to get money out of you. I still dont know how this fucking company is running after all the negative feedback it gets from customers. They ALWAYS have internet problems and it sucks.Their TV channels are always pixelated. I want to leave charter so bad but my area doesn't offer any other internet company. Fucking charter runs everywhere here in my town.
