MICHAEL'S AN EMOTIONAL MAN AND I THINK IT TOOK ALOT FOR HIM TO EVEN MAKE AN APPEARANCE.SARAH BRIGHTMAN WAS IN MY OPINION CRAP! HER VOICE HAS GONE.TRUE VOCAL TALENT LIKE MICHAEL'S NEVER GOES.

We all would have loved to hear Michael sing at the 25th gala but he turns 70 next week and appears in WOZ so it would be difficult to train the voice for both parts. Remember, he rehearsed Phantom for months. We have his OCR which captured him at his peak. That said, it would have been nice to hear him sing even a few bars with Sarah but it would have brought down the house. It was already quite an emotional experience for him.

I thought the reason why he didn't get to sing at the end of the Phantom of the Opera 25th anniversary concert with the previous phantoms was because he couldn't sing anymore. I WAS WAAAAAYYY WRONG!!!! Screw you Andrew Lloyd Webber for screwing me out of hearing him as the Phantom once again!!!!!!!!!!

Michael still has it and on his GO! 0:48 I flashed to Phantom and it gave me shivers and this number is just amazing Michael will forever be a theater LEGEND.
