On May 27, 2011, Singaporean artist Ming Wong delivered a performance as part of Art Must Be Beautiful, an annual debate at the Hong Kong International Art Fair organised by Intelligence Square Asia (IQ2). Dressed up as Maggie Cheung from Wong Kar Wai's In The Mood For Love and referencing his own video work In Love With The Mood, Wong argued against the proposition that "art must be beautiful" -- and proceeded to strip in front of an audience. Other participants in the debate were artist David LaChapelle and auctioneer Simon de Pury.
