in almost ny video editing program that is noc called windows movie maker. try doing some research for time remapping in after efects for example

Just...wow ! You impressed me more then someone enver could this year ! Damn...that's amazing...the cutting is perfect...the final result is simple incredible...I'm a talented manga drawer, and I'll never, even with a pen on a sheet, do this job ! I did'nt knew this kind of art, this is pretty interesting ! I think I should give it a try. I repeat and i'll still repeat it, you made an amazing job !
