In fact, the inspectors inspect to USDA standards, which are pretty lax. For example, the cage just has to have 6" clearance on all sides of one animal. As long as there is food and uncontaminated water, they pass. The inspectors did miss the overage - I suspect those 300 dogs were the dogs in trailers - so we can fault them for not snooping around more.
But mostly, it's the USDA regulations which are to blame. Sadly, the most one could charge these folks with is false advertising.

These inspectors are lazy, and cowards! Just collect a pay check mindset, dont make waves. its sicking. payed off, cowards to follow through, what inspector when there and gave an A grade, Judges to cowards always finding compassion for the crime and criminal. what about the victims! bredded to end up in a county shelter and put to death, there are to many homeless animals, this is a no brainer but inspectors dont have the BALLS to do something about it!!!

yes world kennel usa, the website shows Yorkies running in the grass THE TRUTH IS THEY ARE LIVING IN WIRE CAGES STACKED IN TRAILERS, DRINKING WATER OUT OF RABBIT FEEDERS, DYING IN 120 DEGREE HEAT ALL FOR THE GREEDY PETSHOP OWNERS. PLEASE DON'T SHOP ADOPT AND THIS WILL END. THESE WEBSITES ARE FAKE PEOPLE, USDA MEANS PUPPYMILLS.

it's so scary how easy it is for these places and websites to scam us and half the time we don't find out until it's too late to do anything. what a shame. i hope this place is shut down for good.
