Union Railroad Coils and Empty Slab Racks

At Grant Avenue crossing in West Mifflin PA, MP15DCs #16 and #25 head a combination of loaded ( I assume) coil cars and empty slab racks. The coils will likely spend time at the class yard in Duquesne before departing for the Norfolk Southern interchange in Munhall, while the slabs will go back to the USS Edgar Thomson plant. Video filmed on March 14 2009. Note the Maintenance of Way equipment and old rails to the right in the foreground at the beginning. These are left over from trackwork done in late December.
