check out my video of a friend and me throwing a bit. I'd be curious to see what you think of our mechanics.

he doesn't generate very much momentum with his lower body.

he hsa good upper half mechanics my only problem is the he opened up hhis hips way too early. notice how when he lands his foot is already pointing to the plate. this can open up a pitchers hips thus losing a lot of torque and power.

this is a great resource!
It's a matter of time before the "experts" start to dissect this motion with conflicting theories. BUT, I just want say this is a good example of postural stability. Going through physical therapy on my shoulder here, and I think all pitchers should realize keeping that labrum stable and healthy is more important than anything else people write on pitching. After all, noone wants to have to stop pitching at age 25. Thanks for the vid! Nice and smooth!
