This is a rare and unusual glimpse of Jewish live in Hebron was before this ancient Jewish community was ruthlessly terminated by Palestinian fanatics.

My Uncle was killed by Muslims while visiting Hebron....He was mistaken for a Jew by the peaceful Muslims... Hebron always had Jews, as did the city of Jerusalem. @BahjatT Yes Arafat was an Egyptian who later moved to Palestine. That illustrates a major point in this whole issue - the fact that most so-called "Palestinians" who claim that their ancestors lived in Palestine for generations were from other Arab countries and scores came to work for the British between WWI & WWII. At the least the Zionists returning from the diaspora can claim that their ancestors actually lived on that land and DNA analysis has proven this link.

I suppose your argument resembles: "the devil made me do it" to excuse the crimes and murder of Jews. Point the finger of guilt at the guilty parties: the Arabs who killed innocent Jews, their neighbors for years.
