From recent news -- The Kentucky Court of Appeals Nov. 20 upheld a more than $6 million sexual harassment and tort judgment against McDonald's Corp. stemming from a workplace hoax that resulted in an 18-year-old employee being strip-searched and sexually assaulted at the direction of an anonymous caller who pretended to be a police officer." I can't imagine going through something like that, but $6 million seems a little high.
