@cammatt97 wilkinson plays a very conservative style of game. its always been England's style of game. always keeping it tight in the forwards, no variations in their attacking style...Carter plays a very expansive style of rugby, which he atternates his attacking options with passing, kicking and running. another thing to add, wilkinson is small, if he bulked earlier in his career, maybe he would get less injuries.

Carter's the best fly-half I've seen. Wilkinson, however, was a complete player, not just a boot. Part of the problem for him is injury, the other part is England's style of play. If Wilkinson did the same things as Carter behind that pack, he would've been taking the wrong option. It's very hard to say who's better. Carter suits NZ more, and Wilkinson suits England. Not Carter's fault the kiwis are WC chokers.

yeah buit has dan carter ever been in a team that has won the world cup no, is dan carter the worlds leading points scorer no, has dan carter ever had to deal with 4 seasons of constant injury and still come back wanting more than ever to play rugby and give his absolute all no. I have massive respect for both carter and wilkinson they are both amazing players and desere everything they have

most consistent kicker in the world is actually Chris Paterson of Scotland, he practically never misses. but Carter is the boy as far being a complete player goes.

One thing I like about Daniel Carter is he puts his heart and soul into the game of rugby! He's a great rugby player with his feet on the ground!
