Is there any store I can buy separate swivels at that isn't online? Like lowes or something?

No. 10 swivels from HomeOfPoi are strong enouth to hold me (64 kilograms), the swivels in the video are the old ones.
Ps: feel free to use my HomeOfPoi 15% discount code: Pieter7

how do you tie the fabric around the loop of your swivel? I just used a regular knot but i want it to look super clean like yours :D

hi um when your have swivels at the ball does it prevent the string from twisting up? when doing orbitals? thanks

Got both sizes of ball bearing swivels as soon as they came out (large for the fire poi and small for the flowlight poi) and have not looked back since.
They are very strong, reliable, cheap, and they still surpass my expectations of them. In my opinion, they should be a main component of every set of fire or glow poi used
P.S. The use of the colecord makes the orbitals unbelievably smooth as well.

i'd have to see them. I have a set of brass swivels from HoP and I've had them for about 2 years and theyre just fine. during the summer I would spin a LOT of fire multiple times a night which is the only thing that reassures me theyre any good. If you look at my videos i can even do orbitals with them and i keep the swivel at the end with the head and not the top near the handles.

I've seen the brass swivels before and they can warp which causes them to catch and they don't turn quite as well anyway.
I don't know if the ones I'm using are exactly the same as the ones HoP sell because I got mine from a fishing supplier a while back, they were rated to about 113kg and look exactly the same, so I assume that the amount of swivellage you'd receive is the same and the ones I have are far superior(in my humble opinion) to the brass ones on HoP.

oh yeah probably i bought some already assembled with cords and handles and they broke, il try these though if they work good for fire. do you not like the brass swivels they have already?
these swivels break a lot quicker than the brass ones they sell on homeofpoi already

I bet you were trying the smaller ball-bearing swivels. They have the big fatties now.
