this is what i typed in to get to this

  • its good to know that people with HBP like me can still take alcohol but in a moderate manner... thanks for sharing this video... :)

  • I'm an alcoholic. I checked myself into rehab and my blood pressure was 195/120. I was over a fifth a day though. when I detoxed, it went down very considerably. and after rehab it was at 105/79... I couldn't believe. I love alcohol. LOVE IT and hate it at the same time. I would recommend staying away from it... I had to be created by the Satan, and I'm not really religious.

  • I was a very heavy drinker until at 37 i suffered a stroke caused by Hypotrophic Cardiomyopathy due to heavy drinking.....This video is spot on.

  • I like this thanks. But 6.8 units would be perfect shame beer comes in a fourpack.

  • Keep in mind that almost all cancers are related to alcohol and smoking cigarettes. I wouldn't consume alcohol EVEN it has health benefits because there is high risk of overdosing it.

  • Those moderate health benefits are still controversial. Who drinks alcohol with moderation? I personally don't. Whenever I drink alcohol, I am always tempted by the propensity.

  • An excellent discussion of the benefits of mederate drinking on heart disease and the negative side effects of heavy drinking.
