Rod's big on testing and learnings for every campaign - what worked well? And importantly, how can we beat it next time?

Before founding Green Flare, Rod was Creative Director and owner of his own agency VOOM; Creative Director at Y&R Brands, Wunderman and Lavender NZ; and enjoyed a stint at Saatchi & Saatchi Interactive & Direct where his Lexus website creative was a Cannes Interactive Finalist.

Rod's worked with over 99 blue chip clients on both sides of the Tasman and has won numerous other creative awards including multiple Caples Awards (New York), A.W.A.R.D., Folio, DMA and others.
