The new Food Safety Modernization Act was passed by Congress to provide more protection for the nation's food supply after the massive and unprecedent recall of eggs in Iowa tied to Salmonella. However, South Dakota Ag Secretary Walt Bones says consumers need to understand it won't prevent all outbreaks. Michelle Rook Reports.
