  • LOL...if you are going to accuse Oasis of being a tribute band in @ least have some MUSICAL basis for your arguement and not pure semantic. So based on the name of one song (not even a Beatles song) and a NONEXISTENT connection (either musically OR thematically) between a Lennon and Oasis song (again NOT a Beatles tune) Oasis are just a Beatlese cover band?

  • this pretty funny and cool at the same time.....it reminds you how big oasis actually were in their heyday. lol.....who else has got so big that a coverband of the real band went on top of the pops cuz the REAL band was so big and unaccessible hah.

  • @MsAngelChild that doesnt make any sense at all

  • reminds me of liam's voice nowadays lol

  • @MrEwant1980 Stevie Wonder never sued, he just wanted 10% royalites for Step Out. Can't blame him really haha

  • LOVE IT. XX

  • @FSX39 Stevie Wonder sued on the pre release of Whats the story, the original album contained Step Out, Wonder heard it and sued for the chorus of Everybodys Alright (Uptight) Judge awarded 10 % of royalties, so it was removed from the final album and replaced with the swamp song. Paul Gadd (Gary Glitter) sued for co writing hello for its use of "its good to be back". Neil Innes sued, New seekers sued, coca cola commenced procedings. george Harrison started, but later dropped for supersonic

  • @MrEwant1980 Where are you pulling these figures out of? Noel has only been sued once or twice by Neil Innes for Whatever and The New Seekers for Shakermaker. John Lennon would of sued for Don't Look Back In Anger? Noel deliberatly put the piano bit at the start and I quote "50% taking the piss and 50% to create publicity for Imagine and make kids go out and buy it"
