The 2003 TMNT series is American made by Mirage/4Kids/Fox.
The Japanese dub was done by ShoPro in 2007, and only lasted for 52 episodes (there's over 140 in English).
The series has also been dubbed into Polish, Bulgarian, Croatian, and German.

Lol. That was awsome. I kinda think it was sprinkled with anime. Like the turtle power things they did was Soooo Anime. But it was pretty cool

@ACtylerDC valid point but there is the thing that most of the people who liked the 1987 series don't like the 2k3 series, because it's not like the old one while fans of the comics often prefer the 2k3 series, because it's not like the old one... the latter kind of fans don't mind Splinter not being brown
