Well, if you consider yourself a Mooron, then you can just dispute the tickets and try getting your towing fees backs. It is a nice delusion to think that you are not part of the system, but the IRS and courts don't give a pretty fuck about that.

There are folks in jail now for pretending that they are PERSONS or persons or Moorish subjects or whatever. Bunch of bullshit.

You must not have really watched the video to say anything about it. This video instructs ANYONE the legal way to fight a traffic case. It has nothing to do with Sovereignty or theories. When you get a ticket, you can pay it or dispute it in court. That is basic law. So please do not write before you understand the premise of the video.

Driving is privilege because it is commercial. To travel is a right protected by the US Constitution (9th amendment).  This video is only addressing a persons right to challenge to police assessment of the ticket. Most of this video deal within the limits of the codes and statues.

How do you challenge the jurisdiction of the court when you have a traffic ticket?? Do you just tell the court clerk that your claiming common law jurisdiction? I'm not getting something... All of this is a Hypothetical question of course. not asking for any legal advice...

@Tadow001 , you must file your paperwork to the traffic clerk a couple days before the hearing. Your paperwork must challenge jurisdiction, state your nationality and the codes/law that you believe give you reason.
