Words have power. When articulated the right way words have the power to move entire nations.

The words we use in our daily lives also have power (much greater than some people may realize).
Words also allow us to make critical distinctions that can have a profound effect on how we conduct our lives (and physique transformation attempts!).
The Habit Mindset Vs. Diet Mindset is one of those critical distinctions that you must make in order to live the fitness lifestyle beyond your first shred mission.
I know this from personal experience, not making this distinction 7 years ago cost me 6 years of depression and misery.

I think that I am using the diet mind set now and that is why I am having such a hard time getting my eating under control.   • Great concept!I work as a life coach and myself have never gone for the transformation just been losing up to 40lbs then on again! I struggle practicing what I preach hence why I am getting inspiration from you! I motivate my clients to lose as much as 140 lbs but why do I find it so hard? The diet mentality is the cause I know it!Think big,is a great line!One I am going to follow! In terms of the word habit?Well is addictive and seems a good habit to have!I'm in France btw so your words travel
