I think I can sum this up for most of us PC gamer out there
Is the technology awesome? Yes, definitely. Is it practical for most PC gamers out there? Maybe to some extend but I don't think it'll create a hit.

I think that would be possible somehow if you are willing to lose quality in exchange of less lag. But it looks like there's not even rumors for this feature to be released

you're right, there would be a lot of lag with a 720p video and audio broadcast over internet, people will have to stick with a local connection with their pc, they will be able to resume a game from near places like their home's bathroom but not from their office,
or maybe they will have to switch to something like "half resolution" :´(

Cool tech, but I don't see who their target market is. I understand there are all types of gamers, but when I want to game, I'm going to want to go big, loud and if it's FPS - use a mouse.

Can anyone spell proprietary? At least with the 3DS I can be playing my titles away from home not requiring the tether of the internet.

I'm a pc gamer...and when I'm at home and don't mind sitting in front of my desk I would agree with you. But there are times and instances something like this would be useful. And I would prefer this over a console since PC/Android games are cheaper than console.

The one thing he forgot to mention was the input delay. Does it lag like 99% of game streaming devices besides the Wii U I guess. But that has WIFI DIrect and custom firmware just for that.
I can see this thing lagging like crazy unless you're in the same fucking room as your router and in that case why not just play the game on your monitor XD
Another stupid gimmick from Nvidia...
