It is the soldiers deciding do join the military and die for our country. This is why I have so much respect for the men and women who have served. Why can't there be no war? Ppl shouldn't have to be put through the agony of a loved one being killed or of a loved one being deployed away from them. Even though I don't know any of the soldiers I love u all and I hope u come home safe and stay safe.

Just found out today, that a friend passed away in the line of duty earlier today... RIP David.. So sad.. so young... i thank all soldiers... for everything they do!

It seems to me that lot of people dont get why we fight. The marines i serve with all signed up for a greater purpose. We have a sense of honor, there is no draft. We all enlisted willingly during a time of war to protect what we love. Bottom line is we were attacked by cowards on 9/11. and yes that was 10 years ago, and yes we are still in country. Has anyone else ever wondered how many more attacks would have happened if we weren't? How many more wives, children, would be dead?
