Thumbs Down Movies is a movie about two unemployed friends with economical problems. After being evicted, they decide to make a movie and visits a sponsor named Dick Tucker. With a budget of 9 millions they decide to only use a small amount of the budget on the movie, and go on an expensive vacation.
Later, they realise that Mr. Dick Tucker was the wrong sponsor to trick, because he's not what everyone thinks he is.
