In this video we compare Nikon's most recent 35mm lens - the f/1.4 G AF-S - and compare it to the much cheaper, older f/2 AF-D lens, to see what the big difference between the two lenses really are. Can the G be that much better? Or is are you just paying for the larger aperture? Watch the video to find out.

  • Worth mentioning that the 2012 word press photo winner this year taken in Yemen was taken with a D700 and a 35 f.2. The photographer uses small primes precisely to be inconspicuous. See Samuel Aranda

  • @ayeeeannieee yea no problem.. d90 is a good low budget semi-advanced dslr.. if you can afford a d7000 then go for it :)
