Arameans fought against the Assyrians, they allied themselves with the Kurds and Babylonians, and many of them mingled and mixed with the Babylonians to essentially become one. But to claim that Chaldeans are the only ancestors to the Babylonians is ridicules, there is no evidence that the Arabs conducted any form of genocide when they forced Islam on Mesopotamia, and the fact that there is only about a million Chaldeans left proves that most of them converted (by force)to Islam a long time ago
