it works, you have to give it time. i jailbroke mine w/final snow, my cydia wasn't working, but then like 4 hours later it was working perfectly..

Yes, you can change the whole theme of the keyboard which is better than just changing the colors, and change much more.

i thought when you jailbreak you can change the colors of your screen keyboard and stuff?  can you do this?
