I never denied that fact. That is lifted like a million other songs. Neither am supporting the practice of lifting music. What I'm saying is you need to know the difference between picking up a part of the tune and making a 'Hindi Version' of a song. You are right that every one has his own opinion. And in my opinion this song is wonderful and that one was average.

To each his own. In my opinion, there is nothing "average" about the English version. It's a classic song which so many artists have covered over the years. Plus, nothing changes the fact that the beginning was still lifted.

In my opinion, the mukhda (main part) of this song is exactly like it but the verses are different. It's a different beat, but the tune (at the beginning anyway) is exactly the same.
