Barack Obama drive-by on Cleveland Street in Elyria 1/22/2010

Barack Obama on 22 January 2010 became the first sitting U.S. President to cruise down Cleveland Street in Elyria, Ohio - right past my front porch and the headquarters of Crisis Chronicles Press. I hear he was on his way from Smitty's bar and restaurant on East Bridge Street to Lorain County Community College on Abbe Road. A Smitty Burger! If I had known he was there at the time, I would've walked down and tried to catch him at Smitty's instead of stalking Cleveland Street from my front yard. I remember back when I thought it was a big deal that Ozzie Newsome visited Smitty's.

You've expressed the exact same "thoughts" of most people who have been fortunate to see it.
