  • @americahealth totally irrelevant,its still too much compression via back hyperextension,she should just go to neutral and on a reverse hyper machine,not a ball.

    they dont have a reverse hyper obv otherwise they'd be using one, duh.

  • Unnecessary compression on the spine, however it did give me a chubby.
