Watch though for the "consumption tax" or national sales tax argument, which is usually accompanied by the elimination of captial gains tax altogether (Newt). The poor spend everything they make so income is 100% taxable, the rich don't spend it all, (at least not HERE), so their proportional tax burden would be much less.

Seriously, if this is real, I want to know about it. If it's just more Hannitized sensationalism, keep it to yourself.

This is the real hazard of all this ad-hoc slander that makes FOX and Limbaugh so much money. That removal, I don't agree with, but haven't researched the legal grounds for it. But, no constitutional grounds are required. The constitution doesn't limit the power of the Executive to that ordained in the original document. There's nothing about pardoning a turkey in there either, but it happens every year. Laws can be and have been passed, that provide certain powers to the president (Patriot Act) and this is constitutional, unless the law itself is unconstitutional. (Patriot Act)

So much hatred, fear and misinformation has been spread that each thread in the fabric of our society despises the next one and the whole cloth is voluntarily unraveling itself. No-one needs to invade or destroy our nation. It is committing suicide; not in Obama's actions but in the reaction to him.
