2011 Kiwanis Kids Triathalon - Brainerd Dispatch MN

Braeden Anderson covered the 25-yard swim, 2-mile bike and 1-mile run in 16:58 for the top time among youth athletes on that course Satuday in the Kiwanis Kids Triathlon at Whipple Beach.
The 9-year-old Brainerd athlete finished with the top run, second best bike and fourth best swim among his age group.
Jordan Heinen was the top female athlete in the 25-yard swim, 2-mile bike and 1-mile run event. The Richmond 9-year-old won in 20:36.
Baxter's Taylor Schloemer was the fastest boy to cover the 50-yard swim, 4-mile bike and 2-mile run. The 14-year-old finished the event in 27:40 with the third best swim and run and the best bike time.
