Pete, I really like this song. As Bam once described a song to me " It stomps through the weeds". My only suggestion would be to shorten the intro. At 18 seconds it makes it seem like the video isn't playing.

Good song, reaches a good climax with the solo, shows strength and deep feeling after that, which is an aspect I do like and enjoy in certain compositions, the arrangements and the writing are nicely exposed within a melody with not to many changes, and a rythm that can make you play some air guitar and try to sing it along, I bet playing it live and loud could or will bring to you the the whole sense of this specific inspiration, to me 4 stars out of five ...
