That blue taxi did signal when it's changing lanes. It's just the silver taxi that was right in-front of you did not signal. Can't judge all taxis by just 1 taxi's mistake.

Yes ! Taxi Drivers are King in Singapore's Road..........They change lanes without signals. Will never at the back of the lanes, whenever they are in the last when stopping near traffic lights, they sure switch to the empty lane in front.
Sick of them!
