The French helped us during our Revolution. The Libyans needed help desperately. We didn't do it legally, and it shouldn't have been a government initiative, but Americans should have pitched in to help the revolutionaries.

Electricity is free to all people
Education is free
Healthcare is free
If Libyans cannot find the education or healthcare they need in Libya… Then the Libyan government funds them to go abroad to access it.
If a Libyan buys a car the government pays 50% of the price
