@DyaSlayer you're half right: i played mostly range until i got the laser rifle from the wall of flesh, and now i'm using the crystal storm. pre hardmode magic just isnt very good imo. the phasesaber is pretty damn useful though

@bloowhalesind "Meteorite armour sucks ass if your not a magic based person" Everyone in terraria seems to be either melee or range people and range is fairly rare, magic being the least seen. I'm guessing you are a melee based person therefore you wouldn't even need to take a step near a meteor.
